Magazine Editing and Designing
I contributed as a key member of the editing and design team for Trops Magazine, set to release during the winter holidays. The magazine spotlights cultural and artistic movements, featuring established artists like Alexander Rockwell and Jamie Nares, alongside emerging talents in art, photography, and poetry.
In my role, I worked closely with the editor-in-chief, managing responsibilities such as copy editing, designing magazine spreads, and ensuring the publication's high-quality standards, dedicating 15 hours weekly to the project.
As part of my contributions, I conducted a featured interview with Adrian Crispin, a Mexican-born American photographer celebrated for his work in portraiture, documentary, and fashion. The interview will be showcased as an exclusive 10-page spread in the upcoming issue.
Event Organization and Event Reporting
I actively contributed to organizing art event by managing logistics, and providing essential art supplies to support their creative process. Additionally, I captured high-quality video and photo footage, documenting the event to highlight its artistic and musical achievements. My involvement combined logistical coordination with creative media production, ensuring a well-executed and visually engaging experience for all participants.
Instagram Marketing
I managed Instagram content for the Trops Magazine page, featuring artists, musicians, and photographers. I also curated a weekly column, Art History Monday, where I talk about the history of art with the support of visual content.
I created and executed a marketing campaign targeted to promote the newly released magazine issue. In order to organize it, I utilised Meta Ads, WooCommerce, and other applications for online promotion.
